He has been largely involved in the teaching, evaluation, and development of academic resources for secondary school students and teachers. He has also been deeply involved in catalyzing socio-economic development by serving as a consultant to several development organizations.

Evangelist Munang has over 13 years of experience in teaching, research, and pedagogic practices. He has been largely involved in teaching, evaluation, and development of academic resources for secondary school students and teachers. He has also been deeply involved in catalyzing socio-economic development by serving as a consultant in several development organizations. He currently serves as a  Teacher in the Secondary Education sector in Cameroon and a part-time lecturer with Higher Institutions in Cameroon. He is a Ph.D. Research Fellow at the University of Bamenda, Cameroon and holds a Master of Arts Degree in History from the University of Bamenda, Bachelor of Arts Degree in History from the University of Yaounde 1, and Higher Teacher’s Training Diploma from Higher Teachers Training College, University of Yaounde 1 in Cameroon. He is also the founder and CEO of the Network for Biographical Research and Documentation (NEBRAD), Bamenda- Cameroon, and served as a Consultant with the then Vocational Centre for International Development, now Community Vision Group. He is a Winner of the 2015 Postgraduate Cameroon students Challenge, organized by the Ministry of Higher Education.
